How to unbottle your genie

Imagine you have a genie in bottle.  This genie has the power to grant wishes, and each one of your wishes is its command.  What would you ask of this genie?

"Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid." 

Einstein's quote illustrates what I invite you to consider this week - that you, I and everyone around us share something that connects us all.  Our genius.
